Is Easy-MGT a brokerage?
No. Easy-MGT is a platform for agents and the people they work with. Your license and your brokerage stay the same.
Where does community information come from?
From public sources and the community's own published documents. The agent who claims a profile checks the AI draft before it goes live. Once the association claims its record, it maintains it. It is information only, so confirm details with the association's official documents.
What happens when the association claims its record?
It maintains the record and can turn off categories of risk details on its public page. Agents can no longer claim it.
How does Easy-MGT use AI?
AI reads and drafts. It imports contacts from files and photos, fills forms with SmartFill, writes property briefs and community profiles, and answers questions from documents and from your own deals, with sources. You review before anything is saved or sent.
Who sees my clients and deals?
You choose which sections each client and partner sees. The Deal Assistant answers only from your own deals and shows where each answer came from.
Does it work with my email, calendar and MLS?
Connect Gmail or Outlook to read and send email and bring in contacts. Easy-MGT appointments are sent to your Google or Outlook calendar. Agents in the Miami MLS bring in their listings; other MLSs are not connected yet.
